The Bothy Bed and Breakfast is a single storey, self- contained, bedroom and bathroom accommodation unit.

The entrance is through a 82cm wide door with a small 5cm step and then the door lip of 7cm. The entire area of the hall, bedroom (limestone) and bathroom (tiled) is on one level. The door from the hallway to the bathroom is 90cm wide.

The bathroom has a large bath (80 x180x56cm) and a walk in shower with a low -level shower tray. The shower has a grab rail internally and there is a shower seat available in the bathroom.

The door from the hallway to the bedroom is 90cm wide.

The bedroom is all on one level with beds that can be single or coupled together as a double. Electricity points are 53cm from the ground.

There are double doors leading from the bedroom to the outside patio area. The doors are 166cm wide with a 3cm lip and a 20cm step down.

The distance from The Bothy to The Threshing Barn front door (which is where breakfast is served) is approx 30m across gravel. There are two 10cm high steps leading to the front door (97cm wide) and then a 10cm wooden door lip leading into the main hall. This is a stone floor, one level area where breakfast is served at a free- standing table.
